Dr. Reisfeld I just want to start out by thanking you and your staff for opening my social life up. I have always been a social and outgoing person, although there were so many times and incidents that I had to restrict myself just because of a little sweat. I felt so alone, and I didn’t understand why me. Then I started doing a little research and found out that I wasn’t alone and that there was actually a clinic that took care of this type of thi

ng.

I want to start out by commending you and your staff for doing such a wonderful job. I myself have never had surgery, so I had every reason to be a little uneasy for my first surgery, but that’s the thing I wasn’t. Whether it was the time you took out of your busy schedule to go over the in depth consultation with all the questions my mom and I had. Possibly the comfort and graciousness I experienced from you and your staff. All of those factors helped me to acquire this level of ease for my very first surgery. I’ve been to too many doctors before, so I know how staff and personnel can act, but I just want to say all of your help there was the best I’ve ever had. They all were accommodating, patient, intelligent, everything you would want when someone else is taking care of your body. It also meant a lot to me when you took the time to call me yourself on numerous accounts. You called me before the surgery, and after. You simply took the time to either answer a few questions of mine, or to make sure I was feeling fine after my surgery. That meant a lot to me, that said to me that you cared about my well-being and not about the almighty dollar. After consulting with you I felt that I had no doubts in your surgery.

Basically I feel that you and your staff have not only fixed a problem I had, but changed my life for the better, and open my eyes to so much more that I was missing out on. I now do not sweat out of my hands at all, and my feet barely ever sweat nor my armpits. I also haven’t experienced any compensatory sweating, but I know that everyone is different. So everyone shouldn’t count on that, but in my case I was lucky, and I owe it all to you and your staff. Thank you again.
